We invite you to become a provider for the Pregnancy and Postpartum Health Alliance of Texas. By becoming a certified provider, you will help families in Austin and Central Texas to receive the help they need in a critical time.

To become one of our providers, you’ll need to complete our online provider application.  Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted and screened by a member of the PPHA Board of Directors to ensure that you have the training and experience necessary to provide high quality care to families experiencing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. We are currently only accepting applicants from the Austin area. If you are outside of Austin and are interested, please send us an email to info@pphatx.org and we will keep you updated on when we start expanding our list.

A $60.00 listing fee is required. The annual fee for maintaining your listing on our website is $60 and is due once a year. Once your application is submitted, we will send a link to pay the yearly fee.
